In my practice, I offer support and guidance with responsiveness, empathy, creativity, and psychological insight as you face life's difficulties and transitions. I work with both trauma-related and pervasive mental illnesses to ordinary life events and challenges.

I believe that even a place that has been dark for a billion years can be illuminated and that even a stone taken from the bottom of the ocean can be used to produce fire. I am passionate about helping my clients on their journey of transforming the poison in their life into the medicine of wisdom and compassion.
