About My Practice

In my practice, I offer support and guidance with responsiveness, empathy, creativity, and psychological insight as you face life's difficulties and transitions. I work with both trauma-related and pervasive mental illnesses to ordinary life events and challenges.

I believe that even a place that has been dark for a billion years can be illuminated and that even a stone taken from the bottom of the ocean can be used to produce fire. I am passionate about helping my clients on their journey of transforming the poison in their life into the medicine of wisdom and compassion.

As your therapist, my job is to help you tap into the limitless storehouse of resilience inside of you and your innate ability to heal, move towards health and wholeness, and not just survive, but thrive in this world.
